1. DRINKING WATER FOR ALL WITHIN 100 DAYS.
Description : As you know our district of Purulia, Bankura,Birbhum and may other have no facilities of fresh drinking water . Some district having arsenic problem also.Please act as fast as possible.
Ask all the Gram panchayat to submit their requirements within seven days.
2.Education in the left front regime
The educational policy is a paradox. Perhaps they did not believe themselves. Details you better know.
All the childhood pleasures have gone to fray.
a) All the extracurricular activities like drawing, singing, dancing e.t.c. is vanished.
b) Different school have different syllabi.
c)Private schools are everywhere.,------making business from their students.
d)No criteria is required to form a school! Primary education become commodities. In every locality , specially in urban area there is a primary school of private origin.
e)There should be a regulatory authority and there should be a minimum guideline to follow ,if the management want to run a school in the state of West Bengal.
f)There should be a uniform holiday schedule also. Every child require recess to stay with their parents, for a tour e.t.c This is creating a inferiority complex in the mind of students who are not getting holidays like Bengali board. Even in English medium school there is no holiday in "25th Baishak" to perform "Rabindra jayanti".
g)Enough is enough. Only study! study! study! no games. No compulsory Physical Training ( P T) classes,
How they Bengali will rise up to a standard to compete in sports both in National and international level !
h) Again there is amazing 'Unit Test' . ---- In ours/ Yours time only two examinations were there. one half Yearly and the other is annual. That is sufficient to evaluate one student.
Now as we see it now , you have enough mandate in Lok Sava and you are going to get enough mandate in recent assembly pole in West Bengal as it appears . Act now. Please lighten the burden from our future citizen. I am expecting this from you because Education is in joint list according to our constitution.And you are the person to negotiate with centre.
In the name of evaluation - horrifying Unit Test is only adds to the burden to the childhood.
Teacher... rather primary teacher ,irrespective of public or private should be trained accordingly. Otherwise same kind of improper education, as it is now will be delivered to our children. School's responsibilities confined ony to Board education. But state responsibilities belongs to lifetime. Here, I quote "Education is the harmonious development of mind, body and character"Unqote. But here, only burden with out any enjoy and future.
3.Hospitals....specially teaching institution must be ready for all within 100 days.
Our professors , clinical tutors and others doctor are drawing at least 6,00,000/ p.a. perks from West Bengal Government. They have well equipped laboratories , CT Scan , MRI , USG and other medical device to perform every test and very handful of operation theatres to operate patients. There knowledge is also the best in the industry. Within seven days have a meeting with them.
a) Ask them to serve now.
b)Wipe away their limitations. Fulfil their immediate requirements.
c) Talk also to support staff to help doctor to perform their job.
d) Special attention should be given to cleanliness.
e) CCTV should be there.Everybody should be on their feet to serve the needy.
d) Utilised every inch of land and building of the hospital premises .
We want to see no private hospital of calcutta is better efficient than our own teaching hospitals.
Now take an account every month routinely ,with the help of a expert panel.
e)Now, in the name of peculier' public-private partnership' with a private diagnostic centre is going on in almost every hospital for cut money for only 1 cr ruppes MRI machine or few lacks CT scan or USG machine. That is nothing but nepotism. Abolish them. Have machine of our own , charge something, which is afordable and managable. Only BPL card holder could be exempted. Abolish refering from people's represntative for free.We want good treatment in affordable price. Private hospitals, who are just snatching money from common man should not be appreciated any more.
f) Distric hospitals should be ready like this within 300 days.
g) Sub-divisional hospitals should be ready like this within 500 days.
h) Health centres and other government hospital must pay enough attention.
DRINKING WATER , EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM AND HOSPITALS SHOULD BE THE TOP PRIORITY ,- BY VIRTUE OF THEASE, PUBLIC WILL SEE THAT YOU ARE ACTING.......
